Celine Paris internship: 6-month Legal Assistant in Labour Law role supporting HR and employment law initiatives. January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Social Development team in responding to human resources inquiries from headquarters and retail locations, proposing concrete solutions
- Assist HR Business Partners in implementing disciplinary and termination procedures, including file preparation, interview frameworks, and formal correspondence
- Coordinate the organization of employee representative meetings (IRP) and prepare necessary supporting documentation
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives encompassing workplace health and safety, corporate social responsibility, and working time regulations
- Monitor developments in employment law and regulatory changes, contributing to internal legal updates and analysis distributed to the HR department
- Maintain and enhance the HR handbook, proposing improvements to content and structure in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Track and manage existing reporting systems and social indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree (bac +5) in Labour Law or equivalent
- Trainee lawyer status (Élève-avocat) seeking a mandatory post-qualifying internship (PPI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrates rigour, responsiveness, and organizational discipline
