Celine Paris seeks a Legal Assistant intern (IT & Privacy) for 6-month internship starting January 2027 in a LVMH luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in drafting and reviewing legal documents in French and English, and conduct contract negotiations as needed
  • Perform legal research and contribute to the drafting of legal memoranda and advisory notes for operational teams
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and databases
  • Participate in the maintenance and updating of the data processing activity register to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal policies and procedures
  • Conduct legal monitoring of regulatory developments and draft a monthly legal newsletter

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Digital Law, IT Law, or Data Protection (preferably with an LLM specialization)
  • CRFPA entrance examination qualification or candidacy is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and legal database platforms
  • Fluent written and oral French and English at C1 level or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 consecutive months of internship experience or an apprenticeship within a legal department or law firm, in France or abroad
