Celine seeks Leather Goods Production Technician in Tuscany, Italy. Full-time permanent role in luxury leather goods manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all production phases in the leather goods line, including cutting, skiving, and assembly
- Perform assembly operations and prepare components according to specifications
- Execute stitching operations using appropriate production machinery
- Apply coloration and finishing techniques to completed pieces
- Calibrate and set up leather goods production equipment
- Maintain adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in leather goods production within artisanal or industrial manufacturing environments
- Thorough knowledge of bag and wallet production processes from preparation through finishing
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical pattern specifications (cartamodello)
- Availability to work shift-based schedules
