Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut manually and with industrial dies, and assemble leather materials for prototype development and production
- Execute hand-bench operations including colouring, gluing, and assembly of metallic accessories such as buckles and closures
- Collaborate closely with pattern-making and leather-cutting departments on prototype and production phases
- Develop proficiency in leather handling techniques foundational to the creation process, working in tandem with design and modelling teams
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completion of lower secondary education (or equivalent; elementary school completion with three years documented professional experience in the leather sector is acceptable under Tuscany Regional Directive 532/2009)
- Residency or domicile within a municipality of the Tuscany region
- Demonstrated manual dexterity, sensitivity, patience, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
