Celine Paris seeks Learning Manager to lead training strategy, digital learning, and talent development for the French Maison. Master's degree, 5+ years HR training experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the complete French training plan process, integrating strategic priorities and collaborating with HR leadership on needs analysis, budget allocation, and deployment
  • Evolve and manage pedagogical engineering of training initiatives, prioritizing innovation and regular updates to the training portfolio
  • Select and negotiate with training providers while ensuring continuous improvement of learning offerings
  • Measure training effectiveness quantitatively and qualitatively, providing data-driven insights for programme optimization
  • Advise and support managers and employees in their learning and development pathways
  • Monitor emerging trends in training and adult learning to inform innovation and best practice adoption
  • Participate in LVMH-level training committees and cross-functional governance forums
  • Manage training logistics and budgetary performance, optimizing financing mechanisms and OPCO coordination
  • Prepare mandatory reporting materials for internal works councils (IRP), including social reports and training compliance documentation
  • Track mandatory training compliance and ensure accuracy of associated reporting
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including OPCO and training providers
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions with support from team members
  • Prepare tax filings and manage mandatory training contributions and funding obligations
  • Monitor professional training regulations and evolving funding mechanisms available to employees
  • Drive adoption and engagement with the Maison's digital learning platform (360L), positioning it as a unified hub for training resources and programmes
  • Continuously expand the digital learning offering, promoting Group programmes and enriching current content
  • Serve as the Maison's ambassador within LVMH for digital learning initiatives
  • Co-design and facilitate employee onboarding journeys in France, including Meet My HR, Inside Celine, facility tours, and boutique visits
  • Create and facilitate select internal training workshops and seminars in collaboration with HR, with potential for international rollout
  • Manage the monthly learning newsletter and all training-related communications; regularly host Learning Cafés
  • Support HR development initiatives including performance evaluation (RISE), Career Compass adoption, and AI integration programmes (CELIA, MaIA, AI Day)
  • Coordinate registration for LVMH House executive programmes for top talent

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent university qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR training and development
  • Full expertise in end-to-end training plan design and delivery, encompassing needs analysis, budgeting, and programme deployment
  • Strong understanding of French professional training regulations and legal frameworks
  • Proficiency with innovative training modalities and digital learning technologies, particularly 360 Learning
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities; demonstrated capacity to build consensus
  • Creativity and commitment to innovation and process improvement
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
