Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end organisation of training sessions and induction seminars (scheduling, invitations, logistics, training materials, attendance tracking) to ensure an optimal participant experience.
- Manage administrative aspects of training: follow-up on agreements, purchase orders, invoicing and vendor communications in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and analyse training performance metrics (participation rates, satisfaction scores) and contribute to the preparation of reports and post-course evaluations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including training providers, instructors, OPCO, managers and HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
- Track learning actions (attendance, assessments, immediate and delayed feedback) and maintain accurate records.
- Support the deployment of international HR development initiatives and contribute to the roll-out of global learning programmes.
- Administer and help animate the 360Learning platform, including content updates and learner support.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent, with a marked interest in Learning & Development (apprenticeship contract required).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation; comfortable coordinating, following up and communicating with diverse stakeholders (participants, managers, vendors).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose process and communication improvements to streamline training operations.
- Team player who respects confidentiality and collaborates effectively across HR functions.
- Fluent English required.

Entry-level: candidate may be a student or recent graduate with prior internships in HR, L&D or training administration considered an asset; no extensive professional experience required.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master-level) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (enrolment required for apprenticeship).
