Role & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain collection tracking documentation including model codification in PLM systems, nomenclatures, boards, and monitoring tables
• Oversee operational tracking of collection shipments via DHL/TNT, including workshop and manufacturer reception monitoring and delivery tracking
• Manage supply ordering and procurement coordination
• Create and maintain model reference labels and identification systems
• Participate in design presentations and model debriefs with stylists and workshop teams
• Attend fittings and contribute to prototype development, validation, and launch oversight
• Coordinate and respond to supply, fabric, and prototype requirements across the workshop, manufacturing partners, and studio
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including Studio, Fabric and Supply Procurement, Workshops, and external partners and manufacturers
• Support updates to information systems and nomenclatures for standardization purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4/5 (Bac +4/5) from a business school, fashion school, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum one year of professional experience in fashion and product development
• Proficiency in Excel and PLM software systems
• Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and autonomous work approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

Minimum one year of professional experience in the fashion and product sectors is required. Experience with collection development, PLM systems, and fashion manufacturing processes is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree +4/5 (Bac +4/5) from a business school, fashion school, or equivalent formal qualification in fashion, product design, or related discipline.
