Celine seeks an IT Business Analyst Intern in Strada in Chianti, Italy to support MES implementation and system development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in MES implementation, including system configuration and testing activities
  • Collaborate with functional counterparts on on-site MES deployment, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting
  • Collect and analyze feedback from end users to identify improvement opportunities and new feature requirements
  • Contribute to system evolution and development based on business needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation of MES procedures, configurations, and technical specifications

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing university studies in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Management Engineering
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Automate for process automation
