Céline offers an IT Assistant internship in Paris supporting the Seamless mobile application. Begin September 2026, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Owner team in drafting technical specifications and acceptance test criteria for the Seamless mobile application
- Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables provided by the Seamless development factory
- Contribute to ongoing management and prioritization of the Seamless product backlog
- Support the AMS L3 team in investigating and analyzing root causes of production incidents, including log analysis and upstream system data examination
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree (Bac+5) programme in Computer Science or IT Engineering, or in a business school specializing in Information Systems
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand dependencies between different IS systems
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent synthesis skills and results-oriented mindset
- High affinity for customer experience and retail operations
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational rigor
Skills
Experience
Entry-level candidate; prior experience in IT Retail Front operations (familiarity with MPOS, Cegid Y2, Salesforce) is advantageous. First exposure to Agile project management methodologies would be beneficial.

Bac+5 qualification in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent business school specialization in Information Systems
