The IT and Privacy Legal Assistant Intern will join Celine’s Legal Department, supporting the IT, Digital, Data and Privacy teams in an international context. Responsibilities span contract drafting and review, legal research, contract tool and data register maintenance, internal policies, and legal monitoring. This is a six-month full-time internship starting in July 2027, with a mandatory school internship agreement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents in French and English and, where applicable, negotiating contracts.
• Conduct legal research and help prepare legal notes and advice for operational teams.
• Maintain and update the contract management tool.
• Help update and maintain the personal data processing activities register.
• Contribute to drafting and updating internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor legal developments and draft a monthly newsletter.

Qualifications

• Master 2 degree in digital law (IT and personal data protection), ideally supplemented by an LLM.
• Passing the CRFPA entrance examination is an advantage.
• Six consecutive months of an internship or an apprenticeship in a legal department or law firm, in France or abroad.
• Dynamic, organised, rigorous, and collaborative, with strong writing skills, autonomy, initiative, and analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
• Excellent written and spoken English, at least C1 or equivalent.
