Céline seeks an IS&T Business Analyst Intern in Strada in Chianti, Italy to support MES implementation in manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT team in MES implementation, focusing on system configuration and testing across production facilities
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to facilitate on-site MES deployment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collect and analyse user feedback from production staff to identify system improvements and new feature requirements
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the MES platform based on operational business needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including MES procedures and configuration specifications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Management Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Demonstrated capability in data analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI for report and dashboard creation
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate for process automation

First internship or relevant technical university coursework; no prior professional experience required.
