CELINE seeks an experienced IS & Data Project Manager in Tuscany to lead digital transformation in planning, supply chain, and data domains. Full-time role reporting to IS&T Director Italy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support IS and data projects related to planning, supply chain, reporting, and business process transformation
  • Coordinate project activities across business stakeholders, central teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Gather business needs, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications used in planning, supplier collaboration, and reporting
  • Ensure functional support to end users, monitor issues, and coordinate resolution with internal and external partners
  • Contribute to process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data quality, and operational performance
  • Support reporting and BI needs by helping structure requirements, improve data availability, and facilitate relevant dashboards and analyses
  • Prepare project documentation, functional documentation, training materials, and support change management activities
  • Follow solution performance, user adoption, and data consistency, and propose corrective actions or improvements when needed
  • Collaborate with solution providers and integrators for project follow-up, support, and roadmap discussions
  • Contribute to the governance of IS and data topics by ensuring alignment between business priorities and system evolution

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Industrial IS or data project management, ideally in fashion, luxury, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
  • Proven experience managing or supporting business applications related to planning, supply chain, operations, or reporting
  • Experience in project delivery involving cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and change management
  • Good understanding of data, reporting, and BI-related topics, including business requirement collection and support for decision-making tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
