CÉLINE seeks an International Transport Coordinator Assistant in Paris for a February 2027 internship, supporting luxury logistics operations and international shipping procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the treatment and follow-up of transport disputes and claims
- Assist in compiling delivery proof documentation for accounting purposes
- Support the ADV team in monitoring and executing the transport plan
- Execute ad-hoc transport requests for press, express, VIP, and other priority shipments
- Control transport backlog in close collaboration with the Data Analyst
- Monitor and escalate logistical and carrier issues to resolve transport delays
- Provide visibility and status updates to internal departments on shipment progress
- Contribute to improving European delivery tracking procedures in partnership with the Data Analyst
- Support initiatives to enhance express transport performance
- Assist the Transport Manager in refining and documenting operational procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering school diploma in transport, supply chain, or international commerce (BAC+2 to BAC+5)
- Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving capability and analytical mindset
- Fluent English
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
