CELINE — Intellectual Property Legal Intern in Paris. 6‑month full‑time internship (Jan 2027) supporting the IP legal team in portfolio, monitoring and contracts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist IP lawyers with management of the IP asset portfolio: trademark and design searches, preparation of notoriety files and collection of evidence of use.
- Monitor and investigate online and social‑media activity for potential infringements and counterfeit operations.
- Maintain and update the contract management tool and related administrative records.
- Contribute to drafting an internal IP newsletter and regular legal watch notes.
- Perform legal research and monitoring on IP topics (trademark law, designs, copyright, unfair competition).
- Support pre‑litigation and litigation work: prepare case documents, analyse legal instruments and draft legal memoranda.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts concerning IP and personality rights (assignments, partnerships, licences, model/ambassador/influencer agreements).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law; CRFPA admission or preparation is a plus; LLM desirable.
- Completed a prior six‑month consecutive internship in a law firm or an in‑house legal department.
- Strong organisational skills, respect for confidentiality and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, curious, autonomous and attentive to detail.
- Genuine interest in the CELINE Maison and its activities.
