CELINE Dubai – In Store Operations Manager, permanent position overseeing back-of-house operations and team leadership in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all back-of-house operational functions and processes to seamlessly support the store's business objectives and enhance the customer experience
- Lead a dedicated operations team with grace and authority, fostering a collaborative environment where excellence thrives and each team member feels valued
- Implement comprehensive training initiatives to deepen product knowledge and enhance operational skills across the team
- Manage all aspects of stock management with meticulous attention to detail, including stock processes, transfers, and inventory control
