Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the image team by conducting thorough visual and textual research to ensure relevance and accuracy for upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate and organize images for high-quality internal presentations and comprehensive image reviews.
  • Provide active support on photo and video shoots, assisting with logistical and practical needs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the Image Project Managers, Object, and Environment teams to provide logistical and administrative support on image-related needs.
  • Fulfill various administrative requests from the Image Directors, including organizing assets and preparing documentation.

Qualifications

  • Fully fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for visual detail and consistency.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams. Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience

Entry-level experience is suitable for this internship position.
