Celine seeks a Human Resources Learning and Development Intern to support organizational development, training, employer branding, and internal communications at its production site in Strada in Chianti. This is a six-month, full-time internship starting in November 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map internal competencies and analyze company roles, partnering with managers and the HR team to write, update, and streamline job descriptions and improve organizational structure and process efficiency.
- Support the design, scheduling, and monitoring of training courses; track training effectiveness, manage the training catalog, and assist with employee development initiatives and evaluation tools.
- Contribute to external talent attraction and internal engagement initiatives through employer branding activities that enhance the employee experience.
- Support internal HR communication channels by helping develop and deliver clear messaging that promotes alignment, information flow, corporate culture, and a sense of belonging.
Qualifications
- Degree in psychology, economics, or law, preferably specializing in human resources or organizational studies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
