Céline HSE Specialist position in Strada in Chianti, Italy. Support workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and reinforce HSE culture throughout the organization and develop initiatives that encourage proactive safety behaviour at all organizational levels
- Update and draft workplace safety, health, and environmental prevention procedures in compliance with local and international standards
- Provide support in maintaining compliance with occupational health surveillance requirements, worker training, and workplace health and safety regulations
- Maintain and update emergency evacuation plans for all production facilities
- Identify interference risks with external contractors providing maintenance and services, and prepare related risk management documentation
- Collaborate in maintaining ISO 14001 environmental certification and related compliance activities
- Execute back-office departmental tasks and manage specialized HSE data management systems (Zucchetti Safety solution) for data archiving and reporting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Techniques, or equivalent professional experience in HSE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role within structured organizations
- ASPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) qualification certification (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Excel proficiency is mandatory
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated reliability, precision, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving orientation and sound decision-making capability

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an HSE or occupational health and safety role within structured manufacturing or luxury goods companies.
Education
Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Techniques (Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro), or equivalent professional qualification in the HSE field.
Workplace
This position is based in Strada in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
