HSE Specialist position at Céline Production in Strada in Chianti, Italy. EUR 30,000–35,000 annually, temporary contract, September 2026 start.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote HSE culture throughout the organization through initiatives that encourage proactive safety behavior at all levels
  • Update and draft procedures related to workplace safety, health, and environmental prevention
  • Support compliance with occupational health surveillance regulations, worker training requirements, and workplace safety and health standards
  • Maintain and update emergency evacuation and facility contingency plans
  • Identify and document interference risks associated with external contractors and maintenance providers, preparing risk assessment documentation
  • Collaborate to maintain ISO 14001 environmental certification status
  • Conduct departmental back-office activities and manage HSE data management systems (Zucchetti Safety) for data archiving and reporting

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Techniques, or equivalent HSE field experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role at structured organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in English language
  • ASPP (Responsabile e Addetto del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) qualification certification
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with mandatory Excel expertise
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Demonstrated reliability and precision in execution
  • Problem-solving orientation and decisiveness in decision-making processes
