Celine seeks an HR Intern in Strada in Chianti, Italy — internship supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations at its production site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities: draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, coordinate and participate in interviews, and perform reference checks.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, prepare required documentation and coordinate integration activities on-site at the production facility.
  • Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations, providing guidance on company policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and HR operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in humanities, economics, or law; specialization in human resources preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
