Celine in Milan seeks an HR Generalist Intern (French speaker) to support recruitment and employer branding for retail teams in France & Monaco (6‑month internship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for retail roles—from job posting to offer management and onboarding documentation.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, university portals, internal career platforms and external agencies to populate retail talent pipelines.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on recruitment status and candidate progress.
- Prepare and update reporting and activity monitoring tools to track hiring metrics and recruitment KPIs.
- Execute administrative HR tasks including collection of new‑hire documents and updating internal files and HR systems.
- Coordinate and autonomously manage health & safety training delivery for retail employees.
- Liaise with external suppliers and participate in cross‑functional projects within Celine and the LVMH network to support employer‑branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a strong plus.
- Proactive, organized and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Rigorous, autonomous, responsive and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment or headhunting—internship or early professional experience in talent acquisition is valued.
- Strong communication skills and discretion when handling candidate and employee information.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' cumulative experience in HR, recruitment or headhunting is requested; candidates with a prior internship or early professional experience in talent acquisition may also be considered.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
