CELINE HR Business Partner (Paris) – Manage HR operations and strategy for 150+ employees. Full-cycle recruitment, talent development, performance management. Paris 2nd.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise managers on strategic HR matters including change management, organizational evolution, and management culture, as well as day-to-day HR issues
- Oversee recruitment operations and budget management, coordinating with hiring managers, talent acquisition, external providers, payroll, and administrative personnel
- Define and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs to attract top talent
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for succession planning through exploratory meetings and participation in external events
- Organize and deploy performance reviews, development assessments, and compensation processes across assigned populations, ensuring clear communication of objectives
- Monitor team development needs through individual follow-up plans, anticipating skills development and mobility opportunities while coaching employees and managers on career aspirations
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and design individual and collective learning programs
- Propose initiatives addressing workplace well-being, collaboration, and team cohesion
- Participate in organizational transformation projects

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, particularly in recruitment and HR development
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment management
