Role & Responsibilities
- Advise managers on strategic HR initiatives including change management, organizational evolution, and managerial culture alongside day-to-day personnel matters
- Manage recruitment operations, budget allocation, and stakeholder coordination with hiring managers, talent acquisition partners, external providers, payroll, and personnel administration
- Define and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with business requirements
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for succession planning through exploratory conversations and participation in external networking events
- Organize and deploy performance reviews, development assessments, and compensation decisions across assigned populations in alignment with Group HR policy
- Monitor employee development needs through individual follow-up plans to anticipate skill development and mobility opportunities; support employees and managers in career progression
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs and design individual and collective development programs
- Propose workplace wellness, collaboration, and team cohesion initiatives tailored to departmental needs
- Contribute to organizational transformation projects as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience, with emphasis on recruitment and HR development
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Advanced understanding of HR processes and organizational dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while managing operational priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in written, verbal, and professional interactions
- Strategic mindset balanced with practical operational focus
- Proficiency in English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR role, with particular emphasis on recruitment and HR development functions. Experience managing HR operations for mid-sized teams (100+ employees) in a structured corporate environment is preferred.
