CELINE seeks an HR Business Partner — Central Europe in Munich to lead retail HR, talent acquisition and employee development across multiple Central European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for the Central Europe retail population: intake, interview design, selection and compensation proposal processes, and internal mobility handling.
- Partner with Retail Director and European HR leadership to define workforce planning, oversee headcount and staff‑cost budgets, and maintain organisational charts and staffing requisitions.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management conversations, documentation and the annual performance review cycle.
- Design and deliver onboarding and exit processes to ensure a consistent employee experience across markets.
- Maintain and analyse HR dashboards and metrics; draw conclusions from HR data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Support talent development initiatives: design objectives, developmental assignments and performance review content aligned to business goals.
- Coordinate employee engagement programmes, internal events and employee‑focused initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Ensure HR operational compliance including health & safety procedures, visa and immigration coordination, payroll liaison and maintenance of employee records in line with legal requirements.
- Own HRIS updates and record management within the LVMH Talent System and other HR platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum three years' HR experience in retail, preferably covering multi‑country operations.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a strong asset.
- Proven experience with full‑cycle recruitment, performance management and HRIS administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations; familiarity with Italian and Spanish labour frameworks is noted in the profile.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills; discreet handling of confidential matters.
- Availability to be based in Munich with regular travel across assigned Central European markets.

At least three years of HR experience within retail environments, with demonstrable delivery across recruiting, performance management, HRIS maintenance and multi‑country HR operations.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline).
