CELINE Paris: Go-to-Market Assistant internship (6 months, Jan 2027). Support retail merchandising & pop-up launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the pilot management of pop-up and capsule collection initiatives from conception through operational implementation and post-project review
  • Support the development and execution of buying strategy presentations and materials for geographic zones
  • Participate in weekly analysis of product quantities purchased by zones and provide insights on performance metrics
  • Maintain daily workflow within Anaplan for data management and analysis
  • Coordinate weekly delivery tracking of merchandise in collaboration with Supply Chain teams
  • Conduct weekly performance analyses and key performance indicator reviews
  • Deliver comprehensive final assessments of each operation and identify critical learnings for future initiatives
  • Maintain and update the comprehensive 360-degree activation plan encompassing press, VIP, influencers, media, social networks, clienteling, CRM, digital, and training initiatives
  • Contribute to the creation and consolidation of the 2-month operational plan
  • Collaborate with CRM and Image teams on emailer timeline construction, digital invitation requirements, and product selection coordination between headquarters, digital, and regional zones
  • Support the selection and delivery of prototypes dedicated to client events and analyze their performance outcomes
  • Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring on fashion industry news, key competitor launches, and runway events

Qualifications

  • Training from a business school, university degree with specialization in Commerce/Marketing, or fashion-focused education (IFM)
  • Demonstrated genuine interest in the retail and fashion sectors
  • Strong analytical aptitudes and pronounced product affinity
  • Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated rigor in execution
  • Ability to adapt effectively to shifting priorities and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English (multicultural team environment with regular interaction with regional teams)
  • Conversational to fluent French
