Role & Responsibilities

• Support monthly and weekly reviews of global sales performance and create ad-hoc reporting analyses
• Monitor and animate key performance indicators such as units per transaction and cross-selling metrics, implementing corrective action plans as required
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on store productivity metrics including net sales per square meter and net sales per staff member by geographic zone
• Maintain the cloud-based store database with accurate, up-to-date information on all retail locations
• Ensure database accuracy for store openings, existing store records, and new showroom entries through coordination with regional retail operations teams
• Support the Retail Performance Manager in database-related projects and provide training on data management processes
• Serve as a transversal business partner across departments responsible for data accuracy and completeness
• Partner with the IT team to review and enhance performance reporting tools to support real-time decision-making
• Collaborate closely with store operations and performance managers to identify process improvement opportunities at all organizational levels
• Develop new Power BI dashboards in partnership with the insights team
• Support the staff planning tool project rollout from conception through team training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Business School or University equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated ability to manipulate complex datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Fluency in French and English

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or recent graduate with no prior experience required. Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with data preferred. Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or business analytics is advantageous.
