CELINE Paris: Global Omnichannel Operations Project Manager | Luxury retail omnichannel leader role managing global business applications and processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Function as the business application manager for key omnichannel capabilities, including order management, store fulfilment, Click & Collect, ship-from-store, returns, exchanges, payment flows, stock visibility, and client service operations
  • Ensure end-to-end process consistency across Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, OMS, WMS, POS, and related digital tools, while adapting the core model to market, regional, and operational specificities
  • Lead omnichannel business application projects from scoping to global deployment, covering business requirements, process design, UAT, market readiness, training, hyper care, and continuous improvement
  • Drive transversal collaboration with global and regional teams to identify operational pain points, prioritize business needs, coordinate issue resolution, and secure smooth adoption across stores, online teams, and client advisors
  • Partner with IT and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable application enhancements, ensuring omnichannel solutions support operational efficiency and seamless luxury client experience
  • Maintain and evolve omnichannel operating procedures, training materials, business rules, and process handbooks to support market rollouts, change management, and long-term operational governance
  • Define, monitor, and communicate omnichannel KPIs and operational performance insights, using data to anticipate risks, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for service, efficiency, and conversion improvement
  • Manage and develop one direct report, providing clear priorities, structured follow-up, and high standards of execution across projects and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations and project management, ideally within a luxury retail environment
  • Strong understanding of store operations, order preparation flows, client services, online-to-offline journeys, and operational systems such as OMS, WMS, CEGID, SFCC
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Proven track record of effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and evolving business needs
  • Reliable time management with ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Fluency in English and French
