CELINE is hiring a Global CRM Director in Paris to lead CRM strategy, clienteling and a global team to elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global CRM and clienteling strategy, ensuring alignment with CELINE’s brand identity and commercial objectives across all markets.
  • Orchestrate the global CRM campaign calendar in partnership with cross‑functional teams, designing personalized, brand‑consistent campaigns to drive revenue and loyalty.
  • Leverage advanced data segmentation and personalization to optimise campaign relevance, lifetime value and client retention.
  • Establish and maintain robust measurement frameworks and KPIs to monitor campaign effectiveness and maximise ROI of client development investments.
  • Pioneer the adoption of emerging CRM technologies and clienteling tools to enhance client engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Lead the development and roll‑out of bespoke training programmes for retail teams worldwide to standardise best‑practice clienteling.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market nuances while preserving brand consistency.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing global CRM team; champion a client‑centric culture across the organisation.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for CRM and clienteling initiatives, ensuring efficient spend and measurable returns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in CRM, clienteling or client development within international luxury retail or fashion houses.
  • Proven experience building and leading global teams and operating across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrable track record of designing and executing data‑driven CRM programmes that materially improved client lifetime value and retention.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience defining KPIs and measuring ROI for client initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and clienteling technologies.
  • Fluent English; ability to operate in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Available to work on site in Paris and travel as required.

Experience
