CELINE in Paris seeks a Global Clienteling Project Manager (CDD, July–Dec) to lead One‑to‑One campaigns, CRM strategy and KPI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement global One‑to‑One clienteling strategies and automated workflows aligned with business objectives and key brand moments.
- Define the clienteling roadmap, set campaign priorities and share action plans with internal stakeholders (local CRM, 360, Image, Merchandising).
- Coordinate with the 360 team to translate brand activations into targeted clienteling initiatives and localize actions for regions (EME, CN, RGC, JP, US, SEAO).
- Develop methods and tools to streamline One‑to‑One campaign creation and improve operational efficiency within the clienteling tool SEAMLESS.
- Identify and propose improvements to personalization, recommendations, targeting, content and tool functionalities to raise activation quality.
- Establish and track clienteling KPIs; produce regular reports and analyses to share performance, guidelines and recommendations with HQ and regional teams.
- Design challenges and action plans to drive retail adoption; support flagship stores with tailored interventions and collaborate with training teams to build enablement materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years' proven experience in clienteling/CRM within retail; luxury industry experience is mandatory.
- Practical experience with CRM and clienteling systems: Salesforce, Clienteling Application and PBI.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with experience defining and monitoring KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; experience delivering training or enablement materials is a plus.
