Céline internship: Global Client Engagement Assistant, CRM & Data team, Paris. 6-month program July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and create newsletter templates aligned with brand standards
- Implement multilingual content for automated and one-shot email campaigns
- Coordinate assets, copy, and approvals across regional and central teams
- Monitor and consolidate weekly and monthly campaign performance results
- Conduct in-depth analyses of engagement outcomes for local CRM and central teams (marketing, brand, product)
- Produce monthly competitive analysis reports on client engagement trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level (Bac+4 or Bac+5) Commerce or equivalent program with a marketing specialization
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM practices
- Understanding of the luxury and fashion industries
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
