Celine seeks a Generalist Legal Intern to support its business, real estate, and IT, digital, and data legal teams in an international setting. The six-month internship begins in July 2027 and requires a school internship agreement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work with legal teams covering business law, real estate, and IT, digital, and data law in an international context.
  • Draft and review a range of legal documents in French and English, and participate in negotiations where applicable.
  • Conduct legal research and help prepare memoranda and legal opinions for operational teams.
  • Maintain and update the contract management tool.
  • Assist with pre-litigation and litigation matters worldwide, including preparing case documents and analysing legal filings.
  • Monitor legal developments and draft a monthly newsletter.

Qualifications

  • Master 2 degree in private law or business law, ideally supplemented by an LLM.
  • Passing the CRFPA entrance examination is an advantage.
  • At least six consecutive months of an internship or work-study placement in a legal department or law firm, in France or abroad.
  • Dynamic, organised, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively; strong writing, initiative, and synthesis skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Pack and legal databases.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, at least C1 or equivalent.
