Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of office and operational supplies required for the headquarters; maintain supplier accounts and update master files (e.g., Raja, Lyreco, DHL).
  • Create and receive purchase requisitions via Esker and ensure accurate purchase order processing.
  • Monitor central expenses and reconcile purchase requests with budget lines and contracts; contribute to the monthly financial reporting and budget dashboard.
  • Coordinate requests and service deliveries between internal stakeholders and external providers, solicit and analyse quotes, and follow up on vendor after-sales service (SAV).
  • Support supplier invoicing processes and follow up on billing with providers.
  • Prepare supplier benchmarks and support cross-functional projects from selection to implementation.
  • Participate in CSR/RSE initiatives in line with the Maison’s sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or holding Bac+3/4 (Bachelor level) with a specialization in business, commerce or management; eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance) programme.
  • Availability for the specified alternance rhythms (examples: 3 days company / 2 days school; 4/1; or 3 weeks / 1 week).
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities with the ability to prioritise multiple requests.
  • Good numerical aptitude and affinity for budget analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, service orientation and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Esker is a plus.
  • English language skills are a plus.
