Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipt and handling of collection fabrics: prepare swatches (tirelles) with labels, verify conformity and transmit stock information to textile coordination teams.
- Maintain and update material development trackers and the seasonal materials binder; assist with colour validation and manage fabric samples.
- Prepare fabric presentations and meetings with Artistic Direction: organise samples, produce labels and racks, and collate technical and sourcing information from suppliers (France & international).
- Participate in supplier appointments in Paris to review qualities and liaise directly with fabric vendors.
- Contribute to creative research: develop colourways, pattern variants and material proposals for future collections.
- Maintain fabric archives related to collections and developments and ensure the efficient running of the fabric studio.
Qualifications
- Current student in a fashion school, business school with fashion focus, or equivalent university programme (mandatory internship agreement required).
- Strong organisational rigour and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and openness to collaborate across creative and sourcing teams.
- Product sensitivity and an interest in textiles and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Entry-level: open to students and recent trainees. No prior professional experience required; this is a 6-month, full‑time school internship beginning September 2026 (school internship agreement mandatory).
