Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee e-merchandising sessions during collection launches, including timeline management, performance analysis, and validation of key visual grids with central teams
• Coordinate between merchandising operators, catalog teams, and central e-merchandising departments to ensure deadline compliance and visual consistency
• Conduct daily website audits to verify compliance and identify optimization opportunities
• Reduce stock-out rates through systematic catalog maintenance and cross-location inventory transfers
• Enhance the website's internal search functionality to improve customer navigation
• Develop competitive intelligence reports to identify retail best practices and market trends
• Create product documentation to support collection launches and customer service training initiatives
• Contribute to product reporting and digital team knowledge-building across the EMEA region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+4/5) in commerce, communications, or a related field
• Digital native with foundational or practical experience in e-commerce or retail technology
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and contextualize data
