Céline internship: Visual Merchandising Assistant for European e-commerce platforms in Paris. Digital retail focus, 6-month fixed-term contract from January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute collection launches by monitoring timelines, gathering 360-degree data (inventory, marketing initiatives), and conducting performance-based analyses
  • Develop visual merchandising recommendations for key product grids and coordinate validation with central teams
  • Coordinate and participate in e-merchandising sessions, serving as a liaison between VM operators, catalog teams, and central e-merchandising teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and visual standards
  • Conduct daily site audits to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Reduce online out-of-stock rates through regular catalog cleaning and inventory transfers between stock locations
  • Optimize the internal site search functionality
  • Develop and monitor competitive intelligence to identify best practices and market trends
  • Produce product documentation to support collection launches and customer service initiatives
  • Contribute to product reporting and regional digital team capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in commerce, communications, or equivalent university training
  • Digital native with foundational knowledge of retail operations in luxury fashion
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with ability to interpret and contextualize data
