CELINE — Distribution Planning Intern in Paris (Bourse): internship in central supply chain focusing on inventory, dashboards (Excel/Power BI) and distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Central Supply Chain team on continuous‑improvement projects: perform ad‑hoc analyses, propose process enhancements and develop new operational tools.
- Design, implement and maintain KPIs to monitor service quality (availability, stock coverage, fulfillment set‑up) and produce actionable insights.
- Develop and optimise dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) to support decision‑making across Merchandising and Logistics teams.
- Operate and administrate the distribution tool for Leather Goods across Europe–Middle East: manage target stock levels, monitor deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and lead the monthly Europe–Middle East distribution review meetings, draft minutes and follow up on actions with regional stakeholders.
- Contribute to global inventory optimisation initiatives for the leather‑goods perimeter, liaising with central and regional logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in business, supply chain, operations management or equivalent.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- First internship or professional experience in distribution, planning or retail supply chain is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, proven experience with Power BI and familiarity with Anaplan.
- Strong analytical rigour, organisation and the ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations.
- Confident communicator with experience preparing and animating meetings; proactive, critical and solution‑oriented.
