Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across central Supply Chain processes, driving autonomous analysis and implementation of new procedures.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify and recommend process changes and efficiencies for distribution and stock management.
- Develop and enhance analytical tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to monitor service quality KPIs — availability rate, stock coverage and set-up fulfillment.
- Manage operational aspects of the product distribution tool for Europe–Middle East boutiques to optimise target stock levels and reduce stock-outs.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels versus target stock, propose corrective actions and improve stock-management tools.
- Prepare and lead the monthly Europe–Middle East distribution meeting, coordinating inputs and drafting meeting minutes for Merchandising and regional Logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Current Master’s-level student (Bac+4/5) in business, supply chain, logistics, operations research or equivalent.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- First professional experience or internship in distribution, supply chain or inventory planning preferred.
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Proven ability to present in meetings and produce clear syntheses and action-oriented meeting minutes.

Early-career candidate; prior internship or first professional experience in distribution, inventory planning or supply chain analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s-level studies (Bac+4/5) in business, supply chain, logistics, operations research or equivalent.
