CELINE — Distribution Planner (Temporary) in Singapore. Coordinate SEAO inventory allocations, stock transfers and store openings; Excel and 2+ years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory allocations across the SEAO region to ensure optimal stock availability and commercial opportunity.
- Act as primary contact for retail boutiques on stock availability, order fulfilment and ad hoc replenishment requests, coordinating with local merchandisers and Paris HQ.
- Monitor fulfilment rates and manual orders; set up target stock and follow up to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Coordinate regional stock transfers and balance inventory at boutique level, including management of returns per central directives.
- Lead target stock definition and deliveries for store openings and pop-ups in collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics and Paris teams.
- Maintain alignment between system stock records and physical stock movements; escalate and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on inventory levels and stock flows for local and central stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimisation opportunities within distribution and order fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory, distribution or supply‑chain planning, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience building operational dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive self‑starter with a results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional communication skills; a collaborative team player.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ operational experience in inventory management, distribution planning or supply‑chain coordination; experience within luxury retail or fashion is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
