Distribution Planner at Céline Paris | Temporary contract (Jul–Dec 2026) | Supply chain optimization and logistics
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize the distribution network to reduce costs and improve logistics performance; analyze distribution data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop transportation routes and schedules for timely deliveries; negotiate contracts with logistics partners
- Ensure accurate inventory visibility and efficient order fulfillment; monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts or excess inventory
- Drive continuous improvement in distribution planning processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Track performance metrics and manage distribution risks
Qualifications
- Graduate of an engineering or business school with specialization in Supply Chain preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales forecasting, business planning, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in IT tools: Excel, Anaplan, and Power BI
- Advanced ability to analyze large volumes of numerical data with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in additional EME region languages advantageous
