Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver continuous‑improvement projects across central supply‑chain processes, identifying opportunities and implementing new workflows.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses to define and validate new distribution and inventory processes.
- Design, enhance and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor service quality KPIs (availability, stock coverage, fulfillment set‑up).
- Produce and optimise dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support decision‑making at central and regional levels.
- Manage the operational use of the product distribution tool for Europe–Middle East boutiques, including target stock optimisation and adjustments versus target.
- Monitor worldwide leather‑goods inventory metrics and generate regular KPI reports for merchandising and logistics stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead the monthly Europe–Middle East operational meeting, document actions and follow up on deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and regional Logistics teams to ensure alignment between supply‑chain initiatives and commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Master’s‑level student (Bac+4/5) enrolled in a business school, university or equivalent programme; eligible for an internship (stage) in France.
- First internship or initial professional experience in distribution, inventory planning or supply‑chain operations preferred.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects autonomously.
- Effective communicator able to lead meetings, produce clear minutes and interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, critical approach to process improvement and problem solving.
