Digital Performance Analyst at Celine Paris | Data analytics, web tracking & e-commerce optimization | Full-time

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform data extractions and conduct regular or ad-hoc performance analyses on digital customer journeys, including source attribution, conversion paths, and user behavior segmentation
  • Support weekly paid acquisition strategy analysis through automated data exports and performance campaign tracking, including ROAS monitoring per campaign and paid budget allocation optimization
  • Analyze historical digital performance using key KPIs segmented by traffic source, geography, and customer cohort to inform future acquisition and merchandising decisions
  • Assist the Acquisition Manager with daily campaign performance monitoring, reporting, and tactical optimization across all paid channels
  • Create, maintain, and optimize Looker Studio dashboards for internal stakeholder teams, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with evolving business priorities
  • Support the Performance Manager in documenting, standardizing, and implementing activity-specific processes and SOPs for tracking and reporting
  • Provide data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to E-Merchandising teams to enhance product positioning, discounting strategies, and inventory visibility
  • Oversee tracking implementation, quality assurance, and optimization across all e-commerce platforms, including GA4 configuration and Google Tag Manager maintenance
  • Coordinate testing phases for tracking updates, manage documentation of tracking specifications, and communicate findings to development and analytics teams

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent institution, with specialization in Digital, Data, E-Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital analytics, web performance analysis, or e-commerce optimization
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Contentsquare
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Google Business Manager for paid campaign management
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for event tracking and data layer implementation
  • Strong command of English and excellent cross-functional communication skills
