Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in defining and executing store-specific commercial strategies, translating brand objectives into local action plans.
- Analyse sales figures, KPIs and trends to inform decisions; execute merchandising and market calendar initiatives to maximise performance.
- Lead daily store operations to ensure a well-presented, compliant and client-centric environment, enforcing company policies and visual standards.
- Coach, develop and mentor the store team and middle managers through on-floor leadership, training and performance management.
- Drive sales and profitability by supporting target achievement, optimising store layout and monitoring expenses to protect margin.
- Act as the primary contact and assume full responsibility for store operations and continuity in the Store Director’s absence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail, including prior supervisory or first-line management responsibility.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience analysing KPIs and translating insight into operational actions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing retail team.
- Exceptional client-service orientation with a track record of building client loyalty and personalised experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail.
- Fluent English required.

Minimum 7 years in retail, ideally within the luxury sector, including frontline management experience and proven success driving store performance and team development.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or equivalent preferred.
