Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor store performance and market trends; take ownership of P&L, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to achieve commercial goals
- Establish a client-centric mindset and translate store objectives into daily targets, inspiring the team to achieve clientelling goals while serving as the link between head office and store
- Embody the Céline brand as ambassador, promote brand culture and values, ensure exceptional client experience, and handle sensitive customer situations
- Ensure compliance of all store processes with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements; assume responsibility for inventory management and store planning
- Guarantee proper execution of digitalization initiatives and all related operational tasks
- Recruit and develop talent within the organization, create a positive work environment, foster team spirit, and provide regular coaching to ensure team members develop key competencies
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, including at least 5 years in full-offer luxury retail stores
- Proven ability to manage large teams with strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive results and manage P&L
- Product and fashion sensitivity with deep understanding of luxury positioning
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in full-offer luxury retail stores or equivalent. Demonstrated success in driving business results, managing large teams, and delivering outstanding client experiences in premium retail environments.
Education
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
