Céline Milan Montenapoleone seeks Deputy Store Director with 10+ years luxury retail management experience for full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor store performance metrics and P&L responsibility, identifying improvement areas and implementing action plans to achieve commercial targets
- Establish and translate store objectives into concrete daily targets, inspiring the team to reach sales and clientelling goals
- Serve as the primary link between head office and store operations
- Embody the Céline brand values and culture, ensuring exceptional client experience and handling delicate customer situations
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements across store operations
- Manage stock responsibility and oversee store planning and digitalization initiatives
- Recruit and develop team talent, creating a positive work environment that drives business results and builds team spirit
- Coach team members regularly to develop key skills and competencies required for their positions
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in full-offer luxury stores
