Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in driving store performance and implementing commercial strategies; monitor P&L and translate targets into daily objectives.
- Lead client development and clienteling activities to maximise loyalty and revenue; personally manage high‑value and complex customer interactions.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, embedding CELINE culture and standards across the team and ensuring an elevated client experience at all times.
- Own operational processes: ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements, oversee stock control, store planning and visual standards.
- Drive the store's digital agenda and guarantee correct execution of tasks related to digitalisation and omnichannel workflows.
- Recruit, coach and develop talent: build team spirit, conduct regular coaching, and implement training plans to elevate skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, including at least 5 years in full‑offer stores.
- Proven leadership managing large teams with a track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Fluent in Italian and English; an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L oversight and KPI-driven management.
