CELINE — Data Analyst Apprentice (Client Service Center Europe) in Paris. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026; reporting, BI dashboards, Salesforce & advanced Excel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CSC Europe manager and collaborate closely with back- and front-office teams to translate business needs into analytic deliverables.
- Produce, maintain and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports that monitor team performance and operational KPIs.
- Analyze team activity and results to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improving performance.
- Monitor forecasts and propose staffing and scheduling plans to align capacity with demand.
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards and studies focused on customer behaviour and commercial performance.
- Partner with IT to automate report generation and evolve the Maison’s business intelligence dashboards and processes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and proper documentation of analyses and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent higher-education programme and eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France.
- Prior internships or professional exposure to commercial analysis, reporting or client-service analytics preferred.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, methodical and autonomous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with business intelligence workflows and reporting practices; comfort working with large datasets.

Early-career; candidates should have completed internships related to commercial or data analysis and demonstrate familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation.
