CELINE seeks a CRM Analyst in New York to deliver client insights, CRM reporting and omnichannel campaign analysis for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain routine client insight reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) to inform commercial and CRM strategy.
- Deliver ad‑hoc and recurrent analyses of client behaviour and segments to identify opportunities for personalised communications and offers.
- Create and sustain regional CRM dashboards for central, regional stakeholders and the retail network; ensure clarity and usability for non‑technical users.
- Monitor omnichannel campaign performance (online & offline), track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise engagement and conversion.
- Maintain CRM data quality and consistency; perform CRM database maintenance and enhancements in partnership with data/IT teams.
- Retrieve and transform data from the data hub into business insight through data mining, modelling and advanced analytics.
- Define, test and document new KPIs and best practices; perform internal and external benchmarking and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of personalised client journeys and loyalty programmes in conjunction with clienteling and retail teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CRM, client insights, data analysis or a closely related function; luxury, fashion or retail experience preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP CRM.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools: SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI; familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to produce executive‑level PowerPoint reporting.
- Strong project management capability, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of luxury brand standards and client behaviour.
