Celine Paris Couture and Events Assistant internship (12 months, September 2026). Support VIP shopping, celebrity relations, and luxury events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage VIP shopping requests and press sample tracking via Fashion GPS, verifying outfit availability and proposing alternatives when necessary
- Coordinate press sample shipments and track merchandise returns to the Paris showroom
- Prepare and organise VIP fitting rooms and curate outfit selections for client appointments
- Provide on-site assistance during luxury fittings and styling sessions
- Research and identify emerging talent across film, music, literature, and visual arts, compiling monthly international talent reports
- Package and condition luxury gifts and products for celebrity clientele
- Compile daily VIP requests and maintain press communications and celebrity image databases
- Create and manage monthly newsletters and competitive brand benchmarking analysis
- Organise product placement imagery and maintain comprehensive placement records
- Oversee VIP showroom organisation and collaborate with showroom teams to facilitate VIP shipments and returns
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), Master's programme (Bac+4), or equivalent or higher luxury management study
- Prior experience in press relations or events management
- Proficiency with Fashion GPS software
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and collaborative spirit
- Responsive and dynamic work ethic
