CELINE — Costing Analyst Intern in Strada in Chianti, Italy. On-site internship supporting product costing across leather goods categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation and maintenance of industrial costings for all product categories (large leather goods, small leather goods, minibags, belts and maison).
- Compile and update cost sheets within the company's PLM system for prototypes, samples and production items.
- Coordinate priorities and information flow between Product Development Office, Modeling and Cutting departments to ensure timely completion of costing tasks.
- Liaise with purchasing and marketing teams (Headquarters, Paris) to validate cost inputs and align on commercial timelines.
- Contribute to preparation of seasonal Price Meetings and participate in defining cost-improvement actions and follow-up plans.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in Economics, Management Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline (curricular internship).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills (functions, tables, basic data analysis).
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and a methodical attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective prioritisation and time-management capabilities.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
