Celine seeks a Collection Merchandiser for Men's Ready-to-Wear in Paris to define product strategy and drive sales performance analysis for the menswear collection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define collection structure, price segmentation, and product typologies in support of Product Development teams
- Establish collection parameters aligned with market requirements, retail and wholesale procurement budgets, studio direction, and house strategy
- Monitor collection pre-purchases and procurement decisions using performance analytics
- Update PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems with product offerings and supporting tools
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out performance analysis, supplemented by targeted ad-hoc studies to inform future collection strategy
- Provide market and showroom feedback to Product Development and Studio teams
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for product lines in collaboration with Product Development
- Maintain competitive landscape monitoring and analyze competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5 from university or business school)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in collection merchandising, retail merchandising, or regional procurement
- Strong analytical capabilities with rigorous attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Proven ability to work independently with demonstrable innovation and agility
- Sensitivity to fashion aesthetics and refined product sense
- Fluent English

Minimum 3 years in collection merchandising, retail merchandising, or regional purchasing within the luxury or fashion sector, with demonstrated experience in product strategy and performance analysis.
Education
